Fuel Cells and Power Generation

Wednesday, August 31, 2011 @ 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Fuel cells are an important enabling technology for the nation’s clean energy portfolio and have the potential to revolutionize the way we power our nation, offering cleaner, more-efficient alternatives to the combustion of fossil fuels. Some stationary fuel cell systems can achieve overall efficiencies of 80% or more when heat production is combined with power generation. Fuel cell systems can provide heating and cooling, and electricity for your business or locality. This webinar gives background on current fuel cell technology, and showcases two companies who are successfully putting stationary fuel cell applications to work.
