This is the executive summary of the two briefing guides.
This report considers program evaluation from the perspective of a program manager rather than an evaluator. It suggests how to ensure that evaluation activities are useful, cost-effective, and well-received by program staff, policymakers, and stakeholders.
This short, illustrated, five-page paper is designed to give policymakers and others an introduction to how hydrogen for fuel cells is currently produced and stored, and how renewable energy could be used more extensively for hydrogen production in the future. It discusses the adequacy of current supplies and the safety of hydrogen production and storage.
