The Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) has provided free information-sharing opportunities, analysis, and clean energy best practices for over 16 years.
Over the past few years, CESA has significantly expanded its efforts to provide states, municipalities, industry, government agencies, and other stakeholders with the information they need. We have published digital newsletters on low-income solar, offshore wind, RPSs, and other topics that have been distributed to more than 10,000 people. Between CESA and our sister organization, Clean Energy Group, we have offered nearly 60 webinars over the past 12 months. All of this for free.
Attendance for webinars has increased steadily. We have attracted more than 600 registrants for topics such as “The Future of Electrification and What It Means for Clean Energy,” “State of the US Energy Storage Industry,” and “Promising Solar PV Strategies for Low- and Moderate-Income Customers.”
But now we need your help to be able to continue these information-sharing activities.
CESA has been able to provide you with reports, webinars, and newsletters at no charge because of generous financial support from private foundations, the federal government, and CESA-member organizations. While CESA’s overall financial position remains sound, some of the funding from federal grants for our public outreach activities has ended.
With your help, we can continue to offer the many public-facing activities that you have participated in—and even expand them. If you and others make a tax-deductible contribution to CESA, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, it will enable us to share the latest policy information, market updates, and finance tools with our audience of clean energy stakeholders—including you.
A tax-deductible donation of $100, $50, $25, or any amount will make a big difference. I assure you that we will put it to good use.
Not only will you be able to receive CESA’s newsletters, listen to the energy experts on our webinars, and access our informative reports and blogs on timely clean energy topics, but your donation will help advance the clean energy economy.
And if you have suggestions for how we can make our webinars, newsletters, and reports more useful to you and others in the clean energy field, please let me know.
