
Ana Boyd
Research Fellow
Ana Boyd (she/her) is a Research Fellow for the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA). She is a Master of Public Policy and Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability dual degree candidate at the University of Michigan. In graduate school, Ana works as a Research Assistant with the Science, Technology, and Public Policy Program and has interned with the Local Policy team at the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy and the Physical Infrastructure team at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Prior to returning to school, she worked for five years at the Sierra Club, providing litigation and research support to a team of attorneys focused on transitioning from fossil fuels to clean energy. Ana graduated from Scripps College with a major in Politics and a minor in Environmental Analysis. She is originally from Western Massachusetts but called the Bay Area home for almost five years (go Warriors!) before moving to Ann Arbor, Michigan. In her spare time, Ana enjoys playing tennis, knitting, jigsaw puzzles, and trying out new cooking recipes.
