Cici Xu

Scaling-Up Solar Summer Fellow

Cici Xu will support research, data compilation, and writing for low-income solar policies and programs. She is a rising junior at Yale College studying economics and pursuing a certificate in Energy Studies. At Yale, she works as a research assistant for the Center for Environmental Law and Policy, co-authoring the 2024 Environmental Performance Index, and for the Department of Economics, conducting data-driven research on optimizing water allocation in response to different scenarios of water depletion. Cici serves as a youth leader for the environmental nonprofit Silicon Valley Youth Climate Action and has advised clean electrification campaigns for nonprofits in New Haven, Connecticut.
