ITAC Complaints Process for Listed Turbines

The purpose of the document linked below is to describe a process and principles whereby ITAC will receive and act on input from the marketplace regarding turbines already on the ITAC Unified List. In its efforts to ensure that the turbines placed on its Unified List meet not only performance and safety criteria, but also customer satisfaction and good standing with ITAC, ITAC has created a process by which customers may submit complaints for review, provided that the customer has exhausted other indentified channels first. The purpose of the process is to protect the integrity and market standing of the ITAC Unified List and protect the interests of ITAC members and their past and future customers.
